This job posting is for multiple positions across various departments and shift, based on current openings.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Benefits begin on first day of employment for Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA</li>\n <li>100% Company paid benefits includes Group Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, & Long-Term Disability Insurance </li>\n <li>401k with Employer Match</li>\n <li>Vacation Days, Sick Leave, & Paid Holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate an electric or propane forklift. </li>\n <li>Ensure accurate product procurement and placement of all product.</li>\n <li>Complete appropriate forms and paperwork.</li>\n <li>Conduct accurate inventory counts.</li>\n <li>Trains to Pictsweet Food Safety and GMP procedures and complies with requirements.</li>\n <li>Operate assigned PKMS duties; bar code scanning, operate computer, following directions.</li>\n <li>Complies with attendance guidelines.</li>\n <li>Follows personnel safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Properly conducts pre-shift forklift inspection and completes forklift inspection sheet.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience operating a forklift in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be able to stack product bins, up to 25 feet high, in a safe and neat manner.</li>\n <li>Must be able to stack bulk bins (up to 5 bins) safely with forklift.</li>\n <li>Must pass Pictsweet’s forklift certification program.</li>\n <li>Achieve satisfactory assessment score for forklift drivers.</li>\n <li>Successfully pass minimum 20/40 vision test.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> Other:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Working in outdoor weather conditions, a 38-degree environment continuously, or extreme cold temperatures (-15 degrees) for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Must be able to stand, lift, bend, and walk for an extended period.</li>\n <li>Must be willing to work extended hours as needed (including weekends and holidays).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Pictsweet Company is an equal opportunity employer.
