We are recognized as an award-winning leader in our industry with over 20 locations and 2,000+ team members. &nbsp;At Juniper, the foundation of who we are, how we perform, and how we treat others is guided by our core values. &nbsp;We are committed to a culture that welcomes, grows, and celebrates people who share in our mission to design, build, and maintain the best landscaping in the industry.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>We offer career growth opportunities and excellent benefits.&nbsp; Join our company, where we Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!</p>\r\n\r\n<p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Mowing turf, edging, and blowing&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Pruning shrubs and low tree branches</li>\r\n\t<li>Planting and maintaining flower beds</li>\r\n\t<li>Laying sod</li>\r\n\t<li>Pulling weeds</li>\r\n\t<li>Applying mulch</li>\r\n\t<li>Picking up trash or debris</li>\r\n\t<li>Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties</li>\r\n\t<li>Digging trenches and holes</li>\r\n\t<li>Moving soil, equipment, and materials&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><u><strong>Skills:</strong></u></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Landscaping experience required</li>\r\n\t<li>Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>We Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!
