Work closely with the Plant Manager to carry out plant specific goals and objectives. Plan strategically for both short- and long-term goals. Coordinate and assist the Refinery and De-lint Superintendent with their respective operations as needed. Involvement with the management of policies and procedures that ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, food safety, sanitation, quality policies, and procedures. Assist in troubleshooting production problems, optimizing yields, productivity, and controlling costs. Provide leadership for colleague development as well as establishing and achieving plant goals. Plan and execute a strategically plan on maintain and improve operation on short, medium and long term. Ensure production numbers records and inventories are accrued and consequence production yields. Control plant costs and process efficiencies improvements. Ensure planning of maintenance and capital activities and able to adjust operations to support these activities. Committed to developing structured and sustainable systems using Continuous Improvement and Ability to execute principles and procedures.
