Come and work with the best of the best at Envoy Air where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Amazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global network </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Training and development programs to take your career to the next level </li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location) </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate - $18.36 / HR </strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>How will you make an impact?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible to management for the coordination of the overall operation within an assigned functional area </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure adequate operational coverage; responsible for scheduling and manpower utilization </li>\n <li>Maintain a safe, dependable and consistent operation </li>\n <li>Conduct Agent observations </li>\n <li>Schedule and administer local training including new hire training </li>\n <li>Maintain supplies and inventory control logs </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare customer correspondence, investigate discrepancies and compile statistical data for reports </li>\n <li>Complete administrative duties </li>\n <li>Perform Station Agent work within the ramp service operation, as required </li>\n <li>Load and unload baggage and cargo on and off aircraft </li>\n <li>Transport items between terminals, aircraft and the bag room using belt-loaders, tugs, carts and other equipment </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Marshal aircraft which requires working closely with teammates to ensure a safe path </li>\n <li>Clean and service cabin interiors, including seatback pockets, cushions, tray tables, overhead bins, cockpit, galley, and the lavatory </li>\n <li>De-ice aircraft which requires using equipment to apply chemicals/compounds, if applicable </li>\n <li>Organize work groups and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Who we’re looking for? </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Age: 18  </li>\n <li>High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent </li>\n <li><p>Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role</p></li>\n <li>Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, days off, and be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis</li>\n <li>Flexible to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, and as needed due to operational necessity  </li>\n <li>Must be able to perform all duties in various weather conditions and time constraints  </li>\n <li>Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs.  </li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing </li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language </li>\n <li>Possess the legal right to work in the United States  </li>\n <li>A minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred </li>\n <li>Previous experience in a team-lead capacity preferred </li>\n <li>Organization and interpersonal skills are necessary </li>\n <li>Above-average qualities of leadership, initiative, and judgment are essential</li>\n <li>Administrative background preferred </li>\n <li>Above average attendance preferred </li>\n <li>Some locations may desire previous airline experience including working knowledge of an airline’s ticketing system and/or ramp operations </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
