This role works closely with our legal team to prepare and file applications for relief, support client interview preparation, and ensure quality and accuracy at every stage of the case. The right person brings deep immigration knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to client service.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities/Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage a substantial caseload from inception to resolution, with a focus on family-based immigration relief</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Draft, review, and finalize application packets to firm standards, ensuring all required evidence is included and quality-controlled</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct client interview appointments and prepare clients and documentation for USCIS interview settings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Respond to USCIS Requests for Evidence promptly and within strict deadlines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Process revision returns and manage client callbacks in a timely manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate clearly with clients throughout their case, explaining processes and managing expectations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate, organized case files in the firm's legal database</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span><br></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 3 years of high-volume immigration law experience; bachelor's degree preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Expertise with I-589, I-42B, bond applications, and family-based petitions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated ability to manage complex case types and meet strict deadlines independently</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fluent bilingual English–Spanish required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Exceptional communication and client-service skills with high attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency with legal case management systems; Filevine experience preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is contracted remote position and requires reliable high-speed internet, a reliable computer, headset, microphone, and video camera<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span></p>\n<p>$25k - $30k MXN Monthly DOE</p>",
