If you meet our criteria and are looking for a challenging career, please apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Visit Construction Sites and Document Progress and Readiness for Interior Casework Installation.</li><li>Educate and coordinate with general contractors and owners on how to be ready for an efficient casework installation.</li><li>Coordinate access, storage, readiness, schedule, phasing, hoisting, jobsite rules, etc.</li><li>Attend jobsite progress meetings.</li><li>Perform Quality Control Inspections of Casework Installation. Enforce adherence to Nycom installation standards.</li><li>In coordinate with Project Management, contract and schedule installation subcontractors.</li><li>Enforce safety policies and jobsite cleanup.</li><li>Coordinate deliveries of materials.</li><li>Take field dimensions at jobsites.</li><li>Installation of various product lines</li><li>Develop punchlists and ensure proper and timely completion of installations.</li><li>Install miscellaneous items that may arrive following mobilization.</li><li>Update Project Managers on the status of projects.</li><li>Responsible for completing each project on time, within budget and most importantly - satisfying our customer.</li><li>Manages direct reports/installers (1-3 man crew).</li><li>Travel 70%</li></ul><p>Our compensation package includes:</p><ul><li>401-K matching</li><li>Medical benefits</li><li>Paid vacation</li><li>Wellness program</li><li>Company Vehicle</li></ul><p>The ideal candidate is very detail-oriented, organized and able to manage time and priorities to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>If you meet our criteria and are looking for a challenging career, then Nycom is interested in you.
