font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your Tasks Will Be</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Designing and updating marketing materials, banners, and visual assets</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Creating and formatting presentations for internal and external use</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Using AI tools for visual generation, creative exploration, and accelerating output</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Iterating on designs based on feedback and references</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintaining clean, well-organized Figma files and design documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of core design principles: composition, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and visual consistency</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Basic familiarity with print materials and print preparation requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on experience with AI tools for visual generation – confident use of Midjourney and/or Napkin AI and/or Nano Banana 2 is required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work with AI-generated visuals – evaluate quality, refine prompts, and iterate toward stronger results</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Sharp attention to detail and a clean, accurate approach to layouts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
