This high-profile assignment requires security professionals who can provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for tenants, residents, visitors, and staff.</p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the property.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity, theft, vandalism, and other security concerns.</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security technologies.</p></li>\n <li><p>Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and calls for service.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to tenants, residents, visitors, and contractors.</p></li>\n <li><p>Enforce property rules, regulations, and site-specific procedures.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with access control and visitor management as required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences.</p></li>\n <li><p>Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, and security vulnerabilities.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support emergency response procedures and coordinate with emergency services when required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Complete accurate reports, logs, and electronic documentation in a timely manner.</p></li>\n <li><p>Work collaboratively with property management and other stakeholders to maintain a safe and professional environment.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Qualifications & Requirements:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Minimum 1–2 years of security experience, preferably in a commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, or mixed-use environment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.</p></li>\n <li><p>Valid First Aid and CPR Certification.</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to write detailed and accurate incident reports.</p></li>\n <li><p>Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and security management systems.</p></li>\n <li><p>Professional appearance and demeanor.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations.</p></li>\n <li><p>High School Diploma or equivalent.</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work rotating days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Experience working at high-profile commercial, residential, retail, or mixed-use properties.</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and incident management.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Benefits:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Competitive compensation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Paid training and professional development opportunities.</p></li>\n <li><p>Opportunities for career growth and advancement.</p></li>\n <li><p>Supportive and professional team environment.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Disclaimer:</h3>\n<p>As part of Allied Universal's standard hiring process, all candidates being considered for employment will be required to undergo a comprehensive background screening.
