The position includes cleaning and maintaining a proper work environment and constant interaction with other Associates to ensure guests have a pleasant and positive memory of service at all levels. Requires flexible work schedule for days/evenings/weekends.</p><h1>RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:</h1><p>• Previous experience in hotel/restaurant with major brand, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, preferred.</p><p>• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.</p><p>• Exceptional people skills: ability to learn quickly and efficiently.</p><p>• Professional communication skills both verbal and written (English Proficiency).</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL</strong> <strong>DUTIES</strong> <strong>AND</strong> <strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>• Clean pans, pots, dishes, silverware, glasses, and other elements of service used in the kitchen or restaurant</p><p>• Scrape, sort, stack dirty dishes, load them into the dishwashing machine and the add soap according to directions and turn it on for cleaning</p><p>• Once the cleaning operation is complete, unload the dishes, etc. and put them in their designated places to be re-used again</p><p>• Transfer equipment from storage areas to work stations</p><p>• Clean floors, equipment, countertops, and walls</p><p>• If requested, stock supply of food and help cooking staff</p><p>• Follow all Health and Safety practices at all times</p><p>• Maintain a proper appearance</p><p>• Work well with other Associates in a fast-paced environment</p><p>• Follow directions of Supervisor</p><p>• Duties are subject to change and additional responsibilities/tasks may be assigned as needed</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>WORK</strong> <strong>ENVIRONMENT:</strong></p><p>• Flexible schedule including early mornings/evenings and weekends</p><p>• Reliable transportation</p><p>• Food Handling certifications as required by applicable law</p><p>• Able to sit, stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach for extended periods of time</p><p>• Good hand-eye coordination with repeated movements of hands</p><p>• Able to lift 50 lbs.</p><p><strong>Summit</strong> <strong>Hospitality</strong> <strong>Group</strong> <strong>is</strong> <strong>an</strong> <strong>Equal</strong> <strong>Opportunity</strong> <strong>Employer.</strong></p><p>Summit Hospitality Group LTD. and its affiliates provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants without regard to an applicant's race, color, sex, religion, disability, national origin, citizenship, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation or gender identity, or on the basis of age with respect to persons 18 years or older.</p>",
