Ideal for ambitious finance professionals seeking to accelerate their careers and develop expertise in healthcare services and private equity.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>POSITION&rsquo;S ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis</strong></p><ul><li>Support annual budgeting process including facility-level budget templates, data collection, consolidation, and variance analysis</li><li>Maintain monthly rolling forecasts and 13-week cash flow projections</li><li>Prepare monthly financial reporting packages including P&amp;L variance analysis, KPI tracking, and commentary</li><li>Build financial models analyzing facility performance, service line profitability, and growth scenarios</li><li>Conduct ad-hoc analysis supporting strategic and operational decision-making</li></ul><p><strong>Operational &amp; KPI Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Track and report on operational metrics including OR utilization, case volume by specialty, surgeon productivity, revenue per case, and staffing levels</li><li>Develop executive dashboards presenting financial and operational performance in clear, visual formats</li><li>Analyze trends in key metrics and identify drivers of performance variation across facilities</li><li>Partner with operational leaders to understand drivers behind financial results</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights</li></ul><p><strong>Revenue Cycle Analytics</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor revenue cycle performance including days in A/R, net collection rates, denial rates, and aging buckets</li><li>Analyze payer mix trends and reimbursement rates by facility and specialty</li><li>Support Revenue Cycle Management team with reporting and analysis on collection effectiveness</li><li>Track write-offs, contractual adjustments, and bad debt trends</li><li>Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and working capital improvement</li></ul><p><strong>Deal Support &amp; Integration</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with financial due diligence on potential acquisitions including data room review and financial analysis</li><li>Build models analyzing acquisition targets including historical performance, normalized EBITDA, and synergy opportunities</li><li>Support integration activities including budget development and performance tracking for acquired facilities</li><li>Maintain acquisition tracking database monitoring post-close performance against underwriting assumptions</li><li>Prepare investment committee materials and lender reporting packages as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Systems &amp; Process Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute to month-end close acceleration efforts ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting</li><li>Assist with implementation of FP&amp;A technology platforms and reporting tools</li><li>Maintain data integrity across financial systems and resolve reporting discrepancies</li><li>Document processes, methodologies, and assumptions for transparency and consistency</li><li>Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>POSITION REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years of FP&amp;A, corporate finance, investment banking, or public accounting experience</li><li>Healthcare services experience preferred but not required; multi-site operations or PE-backed company experience valued</li><li>Demonstrated progression in responsibilities and analytical complexity</li><li>Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or financial modeling in previous roles</li><li>Track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, formulas, data analysis)</li><li>Ability to work with large datasets and synthesize insights from complex information</li><li>Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools;
