Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Operate vision inspection and measurement systems during production
Load and position parts for automated measurement and inspection
Monitor vision system performance and inspection results
Verify part dimensions and tolerances using vision equipment
Identify defective or out-of-tolerance parts and report issues to supervisors or quality teams
Perform routine system checks, calibration verification, and basic troubleshooting
Maintain inspection records and production documentation
Follow quality procedures, safety standards, and work instructions
Assist with setup and changeovers for different part types
Keep work area clean and organized
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, or machine operation preferred
Basic understanding of dimensional measurement and inspection processes
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, or measurement specifications preferred
Familiarity with vision systems, cameras, or automated inspection equipment is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
