    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate vision inspection and measurement systems during production</li>\n <li>Load and position parts for automated measurement and inspection</li>\n <li>Monitor vision system performance and inspection results</li>\n <li>Verify part dimensions and tolerances using vision equipment</li>\n <li>Identify defective or out-of-tolerance parts and report issues to supervisors or quality teams</li>\n <li>Perform routine system checks, calibration verification, and basic troubleshooting</li>\n <li>Maintain inspection records and production documentation</li>\n <li>Follow quality procedures, safety standards, and work instructions</li>\n <li>Assist with setup and changeovers for different part types</li>\n <li>Keep work area clean and organized</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education &amp; Experience</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, or machine operation preferred</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of dimensional measurement and inspection processes</li>\n <li>Ability to read blueprints, drawings, or measurement specifications preferred</li>\n <li>Familiarity with vision systems, cameras, or automated inspection equipment is a plus</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>\n <li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Skills</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>\n <li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting</li>\n <li>Experience using calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools</li>\n <li>Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Working Conditions</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manufacturing or machine shop environment requires prolonged standing, lifting, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to stand for extended periods</li>\n <li>Lift materials up to 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Safety Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<p>All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
