Overtime work may be required when equipment repairs are needed outside of regular working hours.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">A company work truck is provided.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DUTIES AND TASKS</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">During regular visits to each of the cardlock fueling locations:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance of fuel dispensing equipment and pumps;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and breakdowns;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Perform general housekeeping and cleaning of the cardlock fueling stations;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Keep necessary records and create reports as required; </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Work after hours and/or on weekends as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Perform general maintenance, delivery and set-up duties at other CO-Energy or customer-owned sites as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Provide prompt and responsive service to customers and co-workers - promote a positive work environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Use hand and cleaning tools such as brooms and shovels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Regularly lift, stack, move, fill  and empty items such as buckets, containers, hoses, barrels, and other general equipment associated with the cardlock stations that may weigh up to 50 lbs. without assistance.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Have a valid driver license with a clean driving record (no more than one (1) moving violation in the last 3 years)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Two (2) or more years of general equipment maintenance and repair experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Ability to perform basic repairs on fuel dispensing equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Possess troubleshooting skills to determine the cause of equipment breakdowns</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Possess a proactive mindset for preventative maintenance</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Possess excellent time management skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PHYSICAL WORK CONDITIONS:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Work outdoors in all weather conditions (regularly/daily)</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Walking and standing on hard surfaces (regularly/daily)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Use hands for working with power and hand tools (often/daily)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Lifting, moving, carrying, stacking, (and other related movements) of equipment and parts that are needed to perform job duties.  Such items may weigh up to 50 pounds.
