Our three values are:</p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">To be entrepreneurial </span>– we are teams of doers who make things happen - with autonomy, energy and a sense of responsibility</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">To always take responsibility</span> – for our impact on the people we work with, the society we are part of, and the environment in which we operate</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">To constantly be adaptable</span> – our business is designed to adapt, answering not only today’s challenges, but also anticipating what’s coming next.</li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ABOUT THE ROLE</span></p>\n<p>They are responsible for the implementation of the “Construction, Fit Out and Ops” H&amp;S programs locally in relation with all relevant stakeholders, in particular with the \"Construction, Fit Out and OPS\" teams, to develop a real H&amp;S culture, to meet the group H&amp;S objectives in compliance with all applicable regulations and within the framework of a continuous improvement process.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>They work closely with the other H&amp;S Managers in different countries where Data4 operates to develop a common H&amp;S culture.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Governance:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and manage locally the Datat4 H&amp;S policy and program including processes, procedures, meetings, reports, KPIS, communication, best practices, etc.</li>\n<li>Implement and manage the relevant local H&amp;S organization by involving and coordinating all the stakeholders: Data4 employees, in particular “Construction, Fit Out and OPS\" teams, H&amp;S third party, contractors, etc.</li>\n<li>Define the missions of the \"Construction and Fit Out\" H&amp;S third parties in relation with the \"Construction &amp; Fit Out\" teams which manage the related budget then supervise and control its proper execution.</li>\n<li>As the main point of contact for H&amp;S matters to meet customer expectations in accordance with Data4's H&amp;S policy.</li>\n<li>Report to the H&amp;S Manager Group on the implementation of the H&amp;S policy and program then alert him, if necessary, to any difficulties encountered in order to define together the solutions to be implemented.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">On Site:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the implementation of the H&amp;S awareness actions.</li>\n<li>Ensure the completion of risk analyses related to High-Risk Activities (HRA) and the integration of related preventive measures in all the relevant documents: MOPs, etc. by all stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Carry out H&amp;S audits on the field.</li>\n<li>Assign green/yellow/red cards if necessary.</li>\n<li>Lead the formalization and implementation of all H&amp;S action plans.</li>\n<li>Carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for work-related accidents, near misses, etc.</li>\n<li>Formalize H&amp;S procedures, instructions, posters, etc.</li>\n<li>Lead the execution of evacuation drills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>             </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Administrative:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in H&amp;S regulatory monitoring, ensure compliance with all H&amp;S regulatory requirements and act as the main point of contact for all administrative agencies regarding H&amp;S.</li>\n<li>Participate in the proper maintenance and deployment of the IMS in all countries where the group operates about the ISO 45001 standard.</li>\n<li>Manage the H&amp;S reports and KPIs (creation, maintenance, etc.).</li>\n<li>Manage the H&amp;S database to ensure the proper organization, availability, relevance and completeness of all necessary H&amp;S documents.</li>\n<li>Propose to the HR Department H&amp;S trainings for Data4 employees.</li>\n<li>Manage PPE for Data4 employees.</li>\n<li>Participate in construction and review of the annual H&amp;S budget then follow up its implementation.</li>\n<li>Participate in the definition of OPEX and CAPEX necessary for the implementation of H&amp;S action plans.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Respect and enforce certification policies in terms of:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">H&amp;S:</span> Respect and enforce health and safety rules.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Environment:</span> Respect and enforce environmental policies.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Information security:</span> Respect and enforce information security policies</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Energy: </span>Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid experience in implementing and managing H&amp;S strategies on one of the following activities: large-scale, technically complex projects, industrial buildings.</li>\n<li>Engineering diploma or Bachelor, Master’s degree.</li>\n<li>Qualification in H&amp;S.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical skills </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to identify, understand and implement the mandatory requirements and the recommendations of external organizations regarding H&amp;S.</li>\n<li>Knowledge and practice of H&amp;S audits.</li>\n<li>Knowledge and practice of analysis and continuous improvement tools: FMEA, 5M, cause trees, PDCA, etc.</li>\n<li>Knowledge and practice of the ISO 45001 standard.</li>\n<li>Supervision of service providers.</li>\n<li>Languages: fluency in German and English </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Behavioral skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong H&amp;S culture.</li>\n<li>Sense of confidentiality, integrity and ethics.</li>\n<li>Strength of proposal.</li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills integrating pedagogy and firmness.</li>\n<li>Very rigorous.</li>\n<li>Analytical skills.</li>\n<li>Good writing skills</li>\n</ul>",
