You'll be responsible for translating business strategies into technical visions, leading the architectural design process from concept to implementation, and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll create architectural artifacts using modern approaches, guide technical decisions, and actively contribute to the codebase while mentoring team members.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The role requires balancing technical excellence with business pragmatism, as you'll be collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure solutions align with both client needs and Graphwise's semantic technology expertise. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies, while helping shape the technical direction of complex enterprise projects.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This hands-on role combines technical leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence without authority, making it ideal for architects who enjoy being deeply involved in both high-level design and practical implementation.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Your Main Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Drive customer adoption and act as a trusted advisor</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">: Work closely with clients to adopt our technologies and achieve measurable business outcomes. Build strong relationships, guide architectural decisions, and support technology adoption through best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Communicate architecture effectively: </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create and present clear architectural artifacts (e.g., C4, Arc42) across multiple views, articulating decisions and trade-offs to both technical and business stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Bridge client needs with product evolution: </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Capture and structure client feedback, recurring challenges, and emerging use cases, and translate them into actionable input for the Product roadmap.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Drive clients innovation: </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Help clients use AI and semantic technologies effectively, and create reusable tools, templates, and best practices to deliver solutions faster, reliably, and at scale.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Ensure successful delivery through hands-on involvement:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Contribute to implementation via coding, code reviews, and mentoring, while developing and evolving cloud-native artifacts (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform) to support scalable and repeatable deployments.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">As the ideal candidate, you will have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">5+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Java and/or Python ecosystems and experience building distributed, microservices-based systems on cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Solid understanding of system design and architecture, including the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs around scalability, performance, and maintainability</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, with the ability to break down complex problems into iterative, deliverable solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to lead technical discussions, document solutions clearly, and engage both technical and business stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong collaboration and leadership skills, including mentoring engineers and influencing decisions across teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with cloud-native and reusable deployment artifacts is a strong plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with AI/ML technologies and MLOps practices is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Background in semantic technologies (RDF, SPARQL, OWL) and graph databases is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s is a plus)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A friendly and professional international team and working environment in a rapidly-expanding tech and AI company</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Exposure to the newest technologies in AI and knowledge graphs space</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> A workplace in an organization that is committed to sustainability and responsible business practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> An international workspace where more than 65% of colleagues come from across the globe.
