    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.49.9/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.49.9/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p><p>The <strong>Scaffold Builder</strong> is responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding to provide work platforms and handrails on building or industrial sites or for temporary structures such as stages, seating and catwalks.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><em>(This is a representative list of the duties the position may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive.)</em></p><ul><li>Check the construction requirements from drawings and written instructions</li><li>Select materials and set ground levels for projects</li><li>Fit together steel pipes, support braces and clamps to form bases for scaffolds</li><li>Lift and position sections of scaffolding and bolt pipes together to build up scaffolding</li><li>Place planks over horizontal bars to create platforms</li><li>Check levels in scaffolding structures</li><li>Dismantle scaffolding at the completion of a job</li><li>Obey and follow all safety rules and policies</li><li>Wear all appropriate safety equipment (PPE)</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor</li></ul><p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent education</li><li>1+ year scaffold building experience preferred</li><li>Basic level written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to perform basic level mathematical skills</li><li>Must be reliable and have good time management skills</li><li>For new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen</li><li>For new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
