font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities – but not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Support in the management of the lining teams.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Support in Audits, compliance, and site safety in line with company policies and health and safety.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Problem solving – analytical skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Customer interaction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Client interaction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Fleet and plant management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Monitoring productivity</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Excellent housekeeping, whilst adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Providing positive and innovative input to the team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ensuring safety issues are reported in line with company procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Demonstrate leadership.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Attend meetings at various sites on a weekly basis to discuss potential works and CPI’s</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Daily management of live work bank, which will require liaising with client and lining team daily and reacting to live high priority jobs.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Experience and qualifications required for the role:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Excellent listening and communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Strong Management experience essential </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Customer and client interaction, at all levels</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Competent in IT</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">All aspects of patching, lining and robotic cutting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Team player</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Positive, can-do attitude</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to multitask.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to work to deadlines and be reactive to the business needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">A great work ethic</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
