This role is responsible for the installation and activation of fiber and coaxial drop systems from the tap to the customer’s home. Technicians ensure proper grounding, signal termination, and placement of electronics, while educating customers on their home equipment.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Technicians work in both indoor and outdoor environments and must be prepared to handle a variety of weather conditions and natural elements.</p><p><br></p><p><em>The Universal Technician I is the first step in a three-tier progression and is expected to advance to Universal Technician II within three months.
