      "value": "<ul><li>5-7 years of experience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking with an an international investment bank, another boutique advisory firm or in audit, preferably with one of the Big 4 audit firms</li><li>Strong academic background and excellent knowledge in financial modelling and accounting (HGB, IFRS) as well as a network within the financial community</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done, and confidence to drive various work streams on projects</li><li>Willingness to support the team with a desire to grow and to develop the business in a performance driven environment</li><li>Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken</li></ul>"
