This role will support an ongoing program to modernize building documentation by converting legacy CAD and MicroStation files into a Revit-based BIM environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have strong architectural or facilities modeling experience, with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MEP modeling experience strongly preferred</span>. Candidates who have modeled mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, or building systems in Revit will be especially well suited for this work.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Your contributions will help improve the accuracy, usability, and long-term value of building data used for operations, maintenance, renovations, and capital planning.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">CAD / Revit Modeling</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create, update, and maintain 3D Revit models for existing facilities.</li>\n<li>Convert legacy CAD and MicroStation files into LOD 300+ Revit models.</li>\n<li>Develop accurate building models using field information, redlines, as-built documentation, and existing record drawings.</li>\n<li>Integrate LIDAR point clouds and field verification data into Revit workflows.</li>\n<li>Support modeling of architectural, structural, and facility systems, with emphasis on accurate documentation of building conditions.</li>\n<li>Assist with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MEP-related model development</span>, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and related building systems where applicable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">BIM &amp; Document Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Revit template creation, BIM standards, and project-specific modeling workflows.</li>\n<li>Conduct model QA/QC for accuracy, completeness, naming conventions, and standards compliance.</li>\n<li>Maintain model metadata, version control, and documentation integrity.</li>\n<li>Assist with BIM Execution Plan requirements, COBie-related data, and facilities information management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with BIM, GIS, engineering, project management, facilities, and other stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Participate in meetings and contribute to workflow improvements.</li>\n<li>Communicate model issues, documentation gaps, and field verification needs clearly and proactively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Records Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Index drawings, models, and related project files into a secure project data repository.</li>\n<li>Perform file conversions and ensure records are organized, searchable, and compliant with project requirements.</li>\n<li>Support accurate documentation of existing building conditions for long-term use by client teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Service &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond to service requests related to models, drawings, and visual deliverables.</li>\n<li>Prepare model views, exports, and visual documentation to support planning, coordination, and project execution.</li>\n<li>Assist with internal training and knowledge sharing related to BIM standards, Revit tools, and documentation practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of Revit experience in architecture, engineering, construction, facilities, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Experience creating and maintaining 3D Revit models.</li>\n<li>Ability to convert CAD, MicroStation, or legacy drawing files into Revit models.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with BIM documentation workflows, model organization, and quality control.</li>\n<li>Ability to work on-site in Arlington, Virginia.</li>\n<li>U.S. citizenship required.</li>\n<li>Ability to pass required background screening.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Preferred Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MEP modeling in Revit</span>, including one or more of the following disciplines:</li>\n<li>Mechanical systems</li>\n<li>Electrical systems</li>\n<li>Plumbing systems</li>\n<li>Fire protection systems</li>\n<li>Building systems coordination</li>\n<li>Facilities or operations-focused BIM documentation</li>\n<li>Experience working with existing building conditions, as-built documentation, or facility modernization projects.</li>\n<li>Experience integrating LIDAR point clouds into Revit models.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans and COBie data requirements.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting federal, institutional, or large-scale facility portfolios.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
