With offices in Caguas, PR, Boston, MA &amp; San Francisco, CA and we serve life sciences clients in six global markets: United States, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Germany, Canada, and South America.&#160;</span></em></span></span><br><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><b><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Responsibilities:</span></b></span></span><ul><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Performs all functions listed below with minimum or no supervision.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#160;Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#160;Monitor work areas and examine tools and equipment in order to detect unsafe conditions or violations of procedures or safety rules.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#160;Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job-skill deficiencies.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#160;Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, and replacement parts.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#160;Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to construct templates and lay out reference points for workers.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#160;Conduct or arrange for workers training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#160;Ensure the recordkeeping of documentation of client&#8217;s utilities equipment operations parameters are met.</span></span></li><li><font face=\"Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">&#160;Ensure that the utilities equipment have the necessary operating procedures according to the manufacturer's&#160;operation manual and/or&#160;recommendations.</span></font></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#160;Provide technical support and advice to assure that operational activities are performed in compliance with corporate/government policies and regulations in a cost-effective way and within the timelines established by the customer.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Exhibit a customer-oriented behavior, by clearly understanding customers&#8217;
