Key Duties and Responsibilities Teach English as a second language classes to groups of 12-15 students. As needed, teach a variety of classes, including IELTS, Cambridge testing, business English, ESP, private classes, or closed groups. Plan lessons to meet the needs of the individuals in your class, considering student feedback and performance on weekly progress tests. Use Bayswater online portals to complete daily attendance, plan lessons, and assign homework. Deliver and evaluate weekly assessments. Participate in teacher meetings and professional development sessions. Submit timesheets and follow all policies and procedures in the Teacher Handbook. Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Valid TESL/TESOL/CELTA Certifícate Experience teaching English to international students Experience of using technology in the classroom Experience teaching exam preparation, business English, EAP, young learners (Cambridge Delta or Trinity Dip TESOL or equivalent (TEFL-Q status) is desirable Ability to work in a diverse environment and collaborate with others Commitment to delivering high quality lessons What we offer Competitive remuneration package based on qualifications & experience.
