From strategy development to hands-on implementation, we support our clients were impact matters most.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious Senior Consultants who can contribute across a broad spectrum of projects — including implementation, optimization, and ongoing consulting. The role is open to candidates with either a technical background or a business consulting mindset, as long as you bring curiosity, structure, and a collaborative spirit.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will work closely with cross-functional teams, helping clients translate business goals into scalable, system-supported solutions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Your responsibilities include</span><span>:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead workstreams or small teams on client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.</li>\n<li>Conduct process assessments and define future-state operating models across commercial functions.</li>\n<li>Translate business needs into system requirements and support end-to-end implementation of platforms.</li>\n<li>Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and manage documentation (e.g., project plans, RAID logs).</li>\n<li>Support IT and commercial strategy definition, including CRM optimization and system integration.</li>\n<li>Drive change management activities, including training design, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.</li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing structure, insight, and industry best practices.</li>\n<li>Engage in Sales processes by taking part in RfP responses and delivering presentations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>You bring:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience ideally in project-based roles within consulting or the life sciences sector.</li>\n<li>Required consulting and hands-on experience in Salesforce, Veeva, and other CRM systems (certifications in Salesforce and Veeva will be a plus). Technical understanding is a plus, especially for projects involving IT collaboration.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. </li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English. </li>\n<li>Ability to create compelling presentations and confidently present to diverse audiences.</li>\n<li>Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn. </li>\n<li>Comfortable working in agile teams and remote environments.</li>\n<li>Project Management and Agile methodologies experience (certifications on Agile, PMP... will be a plus).</li>\n<li>Experience facilitating workshops and driving client expectations into sustainable solutions.</li>\n<li>Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage change at scale.</li>\n<li>It will be a plus if you have these additional capabilities:</li>\n<li>Experience working in global or regulated industries (e.g., pharma, finance).</li>\n<li>Prior consulting experience — especially in top-tier consulting firms — is valued but not required.</li>\n<li>Exposure to enterprise platform rollouts or system integration projects.</li>\n<li>Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.</li>\n<li>Experience contributing to Salesforce Effectiveness initiatives, including CRM usage optimization, sales process alignment, and support for user adoption strategies.</li>\n<li>Interest in emerging technologies and AI.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>This position is offered in Spain and Denmark.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who is BASE life science?</span></span></p>\n<p>Founded in 2007, BASE life science is a business and technology consulting enterprise working exclusively in the life sciences industry.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>With headquarters in Denmark and offices across Europe and the United States, we support clients globally.
