Click here ! Reporting to the General Superintendent, you will be part of the Process Plant Department. The position oversees and is responsible for the Process Plant department, including maintenance, operations, metallurgy, refinery and assay lab and works in close collaboration with its members, as well as members of the other departments. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment. Manage the process plant teams, directing workflow and planning for the different workforce needs while ensuring proper levels of efficiency and productivity; Plan, propose, recommend and follow-up budgets (yearly and life of mine) for the process plant department; Analyses, approves and implements the KPI’s to be applied in the department; Manages production and operations activities to ensure adequate supply of raw material intended for processes; Reviews, approves, and recommends actions regarding staffing, compensation, development and training of all supervisory and operating personnel; Monitors environmental control systems to ensure compliance with government regulations; Identifies, administers and/or recommends necessary training tools for plant management and personnel; Ensure that reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner; Recommend procedures and methods to improve employee safety.
