He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his or her supervisor</em></p></td></tr><tr><td style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Education &amp; Experience Requirements</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and Building Information Modeling (BIM).</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in civil engineering, architectural engineering, and facility planning.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, evaluate, and develop recommendations.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple agencies, stakeholders, and technical teams..</li></ul></td></tr><tr><td style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Skill &amp; Certification Requirements</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><ul><li>Facility operations</li><li>Technical civil engineering operations &amp; maintenance</li><li>Building Information modeling</li><li>Technical drawings and documentation</li><li>Project Management</li><li>Supervisory/management&nbsp;</li><li>Strong written and oral communications Supporting DoD facility projects or working with military mechanical system standards.</li><li>Familiarity with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Position requires sitting for long periods of time.
