Driving involves following a scheduled route to pick up riders and get them to and from their appointments. Drivers use agency fleet vehicles consisting of 15 passenger, 12 passenger, and mini vans.</p><p>Most rides being provided at this time are to behavioral health appointments, physical therapy appointments, and blood work.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform safe and on time transportation of clients in all types of traffic and climatic conditions.</li><li>Operate and drive vehicles in strict accordance with rules of the road.</li><li>Requires high level of independent work.</li><li>Inspect general operating condition of vehicles daily and report unsafe conditions and any damage according to policy and procedure..</li><li><strong><em>Requires RI Chauffeur license and Hackney license or equivalent from Massachusetts or Connecticut.</em></strong></li><li><strong><em>Must provide satisfactory BCI, DMV Motor Vehicle Record, and successfully complete drug test, as well as required trainings (i.e. Defensive Driving, CPR, and First Aid).</em></strong></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits (available to staff working 17.5 hours per week):</strong></p><p>Thrive Behavioral Health provides a friendly/family working environment, whose values include Dignity, Respect, Teamwork and Professional Support and Development.
