At M7, we know it’s the efforts of our teams across all offices that make our success possible, so we provide a generous total rewards package and support for our employees’ wellbeing, growth and work–life balance.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll own and deliver</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">With your own portfolio of office and industrial assets, you’ll have the opportunity to identify, develop and implement strategies that actively drive an increase in asset value, all while keeping occupier experience front of mind.
