    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Attorney – Health Plan Recovery </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p>Own high-stakes health plan recovery outcomes for some of the largest health plans in the country.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this role, you and Intellivo act on behalf of the health plan to pursue and resolve complex subrogation matters across ERISA, Non-ERISA, and fully insured plans. You will lead negotiation strategy and drive financial outcomes by representing the health plan in recovery efforts against plaintiff attorneys, insurance carriers, and adjusters.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will handle matters involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall claims, medical malpractice, and workers’ compensation cases, ensuring the health plan’s reimbursement interests are protected and maximized.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is not a traditional legal role.
