    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">About This Role:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Cardinal is seeking an LSIT to join our dynamic and growing team. As an LSIT, you will be responsible for proper scheduling, budget, contract, and client interaction for all projects in your service area.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As an LSIT, you will assist the LS:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">·         Oversee the production department of surveyors and CAD Techs.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">·         Schedule fieldwork, office work, and project deliverables.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">·         Establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">·         Prepare work plans, assemble project teams, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with the scope and timely completion.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">·         Responsible for accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of assigned projects.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">·         Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">·         Evaluate policy and procedures to ensure all deliverables are done accurately and using the most efficient method.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">·         Responsible for survey calculations, analysis and final map checking, review of title data, record drawings research, and client relations.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">·         Collaborate with project team members, including other licensed surveyors, engineers, and technical and survey staff.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">·         Review and process the results of field surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land features and structures.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">·         Verify the accuracy of field survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">·         Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes. Acting safely at all times.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">·         Maintain firm standards for the preparation of survey and mapping documents.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">·         Provide technical direction and oversight to survey staff regarding approach and resolution of office/field conflicts.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">·         Assist field crews with field work as needed</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EDUCATION:</span> Graduation from high school or GED. equivalent is required. Additional college coursework or apprenticeship is highly desirable.
