ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY Schedule/Hours: Wednesday through Sunday, 4:30am to 9:30am This position is responsible for: Assists in the preparation and serving of meals; cleans kitchen equipment and washes dishes; sweeps, mops, and waxes floors. Assists in preparing meals, beverages and snacks; washes and chops fruits and vegetables; mixes beverages and arranges snacks. Assists in serving meals enduring appropriate proportions are provided. Washes, dries, and stores pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, bowls and utensils. Cleans tables, chairs, and condiment holders. Key Responsibilities: Assists in making special arrangements for special events and/or programs. Performs other related work as required. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. Duties are usually performed by frequent walking and/or standing, kneeling, or squatting relieved by lesser periods of sitting. Work is performed in a normal kitchen environment where there may be limited physical discomforts associated with working around hot stoves/ovens or cold freezers.
