And—most importantly for you—live by.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What Wil I Do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems          </li>\n <li>Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors</li>\n <li>Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills          </li>\n <li>Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements                 </li>\n <li>Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview</li>\n <li>Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records                 </li>\n <li>Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I have What it Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>0-2+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues</li>\n <li>Mechanical aptitude    </li>\n <li>EPA and/or RMGA certification preferred but not required</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations</li>\n <li>Results driven in a high-energy environment                 </li>\n <li>Attention to detail                </li>\n <li>Service Titan experience preferred </li>\n <li>Must be able to follow directions and work independently                             </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We are accepting ongoing applicants for this position</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
