    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Description<br></span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Fraud Operations Specialist shall identify fraud in the system, as well as improve existing tools and processes.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Regularly monitor player accounts and transactions to detect potentially fraudulent activity</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Conduct thorough investigations into fraud and suspicious activity, collect and analyze betting and gaming information</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Use data analytics tools to identify patterns and trends in fraudulent behavior across relevant platforms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize financial losses due to fraud</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Prepare detailed reports and summary documents for the managerial staff and regulatory bodies</span></li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and arising from the duties of the position<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Requirements<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">B<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">achelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data Analysis, or Data Science</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL is a must</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Advanced knowledge of English and Armenian languages, Russian is a plus</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Attention to details</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Mathematical thinking</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to work with large amounts of data</span></li>\n<li>A<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">bility to work with confidential information.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Exceptional research and analytical skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Reporting and analytical skills</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>",
