This position will report to the Operations Director&nbsp;and support the client experience and represent Hermès in all respects of their duties.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><strong><u>The Opportunity:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">The Hospitality Ambassador is responsible for providing unparalleled hospitality by creating a welcoming environment from the front door to the sales floor. The Hospitality Ambassador is a team player, working collaboratively with sales associates in supporting with all elements of hospitality throughout the selling ceremony. The Hospitality Ambassador has a natural sense of curiosity, is an excellent multi-tasker, and has an exquisite sense of hospitality.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><strong><u>About the Role:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Create an effortless luxury environment and exceeding expectations in all hospitality services</li><li>Greet and welcome clients as they enter and leave boutique location</li><li>Efficiently manage main floor traffic by greeting all clients, determining client needs, and escorting them to appropriate floor or sales associate</li><li>Approach all encounters with clients, guests, and colleagues in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner</li><li>Provide bespoke and high touch hospitality service to clients in collaboration with the sales team</li><li>Assist guests and clients with obtaining taxi or car service and support clients into cars assisting with their shopping bags or purchases as necessary</li><li>Provides directions if needed and partners with Concierge/Host team for obtaining car services as needed</li><li>Assist with directions - have general knowledge of store and neighborhood</li><li>Demonstrate working knowledge of all métiers (product categories)</li><li>Provide hospitable services, such as holding umbrellas during inclement weather</li><li>Alert to client service needs at all times to recognize any signs of potential danger and notify Asset Protection of any safety concerns</li><li>Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to support the needs of the business and all operational duties as needed</li><li>All other duties assigned by supervisor</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><u>Supervisory Responsibility:</u></p><ul><li>NO</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><u>Budget Responsibility:</u></p><ul><li>NO</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><u>Decision Making Responsibility:</u></p><ul><li>NO</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><u>About You:</u></p><ul><li>High interest in learning about all the Hermès métiers, history and art collection</li><li>Strong communication skills, offering warmth and graciousness in all interactions</li><li>Excellent customer service skills and a friendly disposition</li><li>Proactivity in taking care of customers in a calm, professional, and polite manner</li><li>Ability to provide information about the neighborhood, store services and other customer inquiries</li><li>Experience in a similar retail environment, or as a Concierge or Host in other high-end environments such as hotel and fine-dining</li><li>Works collaboratively and excels in fast-paced environment with continuously changing priorities</li><li>Demonstrates high level of attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs</li><li>Knowledge of languages in addition to English is a plus</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule according to needs of the business</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">The range for this position is $24.00&nbsp;to $27.00&nbsp;per hour.
