      "content": "<li>Responsible for the characterization of novel optical, electrical, and electro-optical photonic devices and circuits.</li><li>Strong expertise in understanding, adding to and developing test software</li><li>Define test plan for devices and circuits and develop new tests</li><li>Work cross-functionally to transfer tests to production</li><li>Perform wafer-level and die-level probing using DC and RF probe stations</li><li>Develop and maintain automated test setups using Python, MATLAB</li><li>Analyze large datasets to extract trends, correlations, and performance limits using Python, JMP or other similar software.</li><li>Identify process sensitivities and systematic error sources</li>"
