    "description": "<p>This role leads a team of technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation &amp; maintenance of solar power systems within a designated sub-region. The Solar O&amp;M Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, scheduling, dispatching, and reporting in the Minnesota area. The O&amp;M Team Lead reports to their respective Regional Manager. </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train O&amp;M technicians, fostering a strong safety culture and compliance with all regulations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical Expertise: Lead troubleshooting efforts, inspections, and preventative maintenance on Sub-Region solar systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Performance Optimization: Develop corrective action plans for system deficiencies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication &amp; Coordination: Effectively communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely repairs and warranty claims. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Dispatch field team to address service and maintenance needs.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with Regional Manager to supervise and direct contractors in Sub-Region. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Documentation: Oversee O&amp;M documentation, including work orders, Pre-job briefs, and preventative maintenance reports. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Compliance: Ensure all field work complies with OEM requirements and warranties. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Safety: Operate safely in high voltage environments (600Vac, 1500Vdc). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to travel on short notice and be available during non-traditional working hours. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to 50% travel may be expected at times. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate safely in high voltage environments (600Vac, 1500Vdc). </li>\n<li>Able to travel on short notice and be available during non-traditional working hours. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to 50% travel may be expected at times. </li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate's degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification highly preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in electrical systems operation and maintenance. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly proficient in solar data acquisition systems and relevant software. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and engineering drawings. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with Pronto Forms and Drive O&amp;M. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>OSHA 30, NFPA 70E required. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>FAA Part 107 Drone Certification </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient operating Drones for Aerial Thermographic purposes.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be able to drive a vehicle confidently and with a high degree of safety. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Be able to stand for long periods of time and walk distances up to three miles a day. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Be able to navigate ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps while maintaining 3 points of contact. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Have the visual acuity for depth perception, no field of vision issues, and to distinguish between colors. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Be comfortable working in a variety of climate conditions which may include but are not limited to, extreme heat (temperatures above 100°F) or extreme cold (temperatures below 32°F) for periods of more than one hour. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>The expected annual compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, encompassing base pay and potential incentive target opportunity. This range is a good faith estimate based on the position's requirements.
