This will be a great opportunity for someone looking to lead the product vision for our ecommerce brand partners. In this role you will own website improvements and a/b testing efforts and work alongside leading CRO experts. You will also get exposure and hands-on working experience with top tier brands and software partners.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conceive and manage A/B, multivariate, and redirect testing initiatives in tools like Dynamic Yield </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to think strategically and collaborate with clients on their short and long-term business objectives and plans </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist department leadership in managing overall CRO program development, including evolving the offering, pre-sales support, margin analysis, etc. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Review analytics/data for tests and experiences from Google Analytics and 3rd Party Platform and report findings to Senior Strategist</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Use analytics to identify new opportunities for testing and improvements </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Attend daily scrum calls with the Program Manager, Strategist, and Development to track the progress of current client technical requests</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate deliverables and deadlines for multiple clients (4-6) promptly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Use 3rd party platform to set up, test, and launch experiences as requested by the client </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Attend weekly team and client meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Professionalism to be client facing</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 3 years of Optimization / Personalization Party platform experience (Dynamic Yield, Adobe Target, etc)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analytics Experience (Google and/or Adobe Analytics)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Google Workspace (sheets, slides, docs, Gmail) </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong time management skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Digital Marketing Experience is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of HTML / CSS a plus </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Gravitas with clients and internal stakeholders, ability to lead large meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Willing to work 9AM-5PM US CST</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
