          "text": "<p>Reporting to the Head Mechanic, the Golf Mechanic will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance, repair, and adjustment of motorized equipment used for course maintenance.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Work on mowing and course maintenance equipment, utility vehicles, and tractors (Toro, John Deere, Kubota, Jacobsen, and other brands).</li><li>Perform maintenance and repairs on two-stroke, four-stroke gasoline engines, and diesel engines.</li><li>Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.</li><li>Maintain cutting quality to the highest standards in the golf industry.</li><li>Diagnose breakdowns and perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs.</li><li>Maintain maintenance records.</li><li>Ensure cleanliness and safety in the workshop.</li><li>Respond to urgent requests on the course.</li></ul>",
