With sites located in Tukwila, Burien, North Tacoma, University Place, Olympia, Shelton, Bremerton, Aberdeen, Yelm, Vancouver, (Salmon Creek and Oakview) and Portland Oregon, we offer comprehensive intensive, Wrap-around mental health services to a diverse population for youth and families. We employ almost 800 energetic and compassionate employees. </p>\n<p><strong>WHAT WE VALUE: </strong>Compassion Diversity Strength-Based-Approach Social-Justice & Our Staff! </p>\n<p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Starting Salary Range:</strong> $86,611.20 - $96,345.60</li>\n <li><strong>Collaborative Supervision</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Pay/Ability to Earn Additional Pay of:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>First Responder pay:</strong> $1800.00 per year</li>\n <li><strong>Pay based on performance:</strong> up to $8000.00 per year</li>\n <li>Clinical Supervision of Licensing</li>\n <li><strong>Licensure pay $250.00 per pay period (2 times per month)</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Bi-lingual fluency skills in Spanish and English, or other languages, as needed: </strong>$100 -200 per pay period (2 times per month) for service provision in support the families we serve. Clinicians work flexible schedules, based on the needs of those we serve. This position will participate in an on-call rotation with other Clinicians and Clinical Care Coordinators. This unique way of working allows Clinicians/Therapists the opportunity to offer a high level of collaboration, coordination and intensive behavior health services while allowing for creativity and needs-driven services. Emphasis is on achieving incredible outcomes with children, youth and families by actively partnering with them along with their natural and community services and supports to achieve long-term safety and stability within each family as well as our neighborhoods and communities.</li>\n <li>We strive to help children and families live together safely and securely with hope and promise. At times we serve as a catalyst for change, offering new approaches and challenging long-standing service traditions in community behavioral health. We do not compromise our values!</li>\n <li>This position will be based out of FBH Bremerton site. This position requires scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of youth and families served. The services we offer will be provided in community-based settings and in family homes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>A full job description with qualifications may be shared with candidates identified for an interview.</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>WHAT WE ARE SEEKING IN A CANDIDATE: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent, accredited degree.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) principles and practice preferred, but not required at time of hire.</li>\n <li>Passion for helping families stay together.</li>\n <li>Natural ability to work with others through a genuine strengths-based approach, appreciating unique qualities and assets of all involved.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate the necessary attitudes, knowledge and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations.</li>\n <li>Energetic, innovative style with the ability to engage children, youth and family members in services.</li>\n <li>Enthusiastic and optimistic approach, encouraging ongoing participation of all involved.</li>\n <li>Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.</li>\n <li>Ability to visually assess safety in the community and family homes.</li>\n <li>Ability to meet with clients and colleagues in homes and community locations.</li>\n <li><em>Preference for a flexible schedule rather than a traditional, fixed 8-5, Monday through Friday, facility-based position.</em></li>\n <li><em>Should be able to participate in on-call rotation responsibilities, which will be discussed in our screening process.</em></li>\n <li>Applicant must successfully pass required background clearances prior to an offer of employment.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license & current automobile insurance, reliable transportation with an acceptable driving record per CCS policy.</li>\n <li>Support and uphold the mission, beliefs and values of Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>ABOUT BREMERTON & KITSAP AREA:</strong></p>\n<p>Bremerton is a small beautiful city, located across from Seattle (a one-hour ferry ride away) with sweeping views of Olympic Mountain Range.
