          "text": "<p>Basic Minimum Qualifications:<br /><br /><br />5+ years’ experience with UI /UX design, development, implementation, maintaining and enhancing web-based applications<br /><br />5 + years&apos; experience with Oracle Database back-end integration<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree<br /><br /><br />Preferred Qualifications:<br /><br /><br />Experience in designing, marking up, developing the UI of websites and/or web applications<br /><br />Solid understanding of UI design with emphasis of maximizing usability<br /><br />Front-end skills and good understanding of how back-end development works<br /><br />Strong skills on HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Microsoft .NET <br />Framework, including ASP.NET, C#, JSON, Ajax, MVC, MVVM, JQuery<br /><br />Java Web Development (or Oracle ADF experience)<br /><br />General Programming Skills, Software Design, Web Development<br /><br />Software Debugging, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Problem Solving, Teamwork<br /><br />Experience with Entity Framework, N-Layer Architecture, ORM, Typescript a plus<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or engineering related area of study preferred.<br /><br /><br />U.S. Citizenship - Required<br /></p>",
