      "content": "<li>• 7–12 years of progressive accounting experience</li><li>• Experience owning or heavily leading month-end close in a $20–100M revenue company</li><li>• Direct, hands-on experience with at least one NetSuite or SAGE implementation</li><li>• Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition</li><li>• Experience operating in audit-heavy, regulated, or compliance-driven environments</li><li>• High attention to documentation, controls, and process discipline</li><li>• Comfortable working hands-on in a lean, fast-growing team</li><li>• CPA</li>"
