At \n<strong>Chrysalis</strong>, a therapeutic boarding school for adolescent girls, we believe healing happens in everyday moments - including around the table. \n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and serve nutritious, balanced, and appealing meals for students and staff</li>\n <li>Follow established menus while contributing creative, healthy ideas</li>\n <li>Accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special needs</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards</li>\n <li>Support a positive, team-oriented environment in collaboration with clinical and residential staff</li>\n <li>Occasionally involve students in appropriate kitchen or meal prep activities to build life skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age or older</li>\n <li>Must hold a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency</li>\n <li>Montana Food Handler’s certification</li>\n <li>Current First Aid and CPR certification</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid State of Montana driver's license, maintain a clean driving record, and be able to drive for work-related purposes</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a background check and drug screening</li>\n <li>Experience preparing healthy meals and accommodating dietary restrictions</li>\n <li>Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n <li>Must be physically capable of performing essential job functions, including crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
