With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do Day-To-Day</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Facilitates technical training sessions (classroom, virtual or hands‑on) to support skills development, safety, quality and operational proficiency.  </li>\n <li>Partners with experienced trainers and SMEs to maintain consistent delivery of technical instruction across shifts, teams and locations.  </li>\n <li>Supports the development and updating of technical training materials, job aids and work instructions.  </li>\n <li>Assists with maintaining training documentation, tracking training completion and entering records into learning systems.  </li>\n <li>Helps administer assessments, skills checks and practical evaluations to ensure technical competence.  </li>\n <li>Contributes to the implementation of standardized technical training processes and procedures.  </li>\n <li>Supports training audits, reviews and quality checks to promote accuracy and adherence to standards.  </li>\n <li>Works with training managers and operational leadership to align training tasks with organizational priorities.  </li>\n <li>Helps identify training gaps or improvement opportunities through feedback, observation and data review.  </li>\n <li>Encourages learners, provides constructive feedback, and helps strengthen instructional consistency across teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field with a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of adult learning principles and technical training methodologies.  </li>\n <li>Ability to evaluate technical performance objectively and provide supportive coaching.  </li>\n <li>Ability to follow structured training processes and support standardization efforts. </li>\n <li>Good communication skills with ability to work effectively with all  levels of staff, management and customers as required. </li>\n <li>Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment. </li>\n <li>Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.  </li>\n <li>Ability to learn new technical concepts.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary:</strong> $84,000 - $110,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
