What You’ll Do Day-To-Day
Facilitates technical training sessions (classroom, virtual or hands‑on) to support skills development, safety, quality and operational proficiency.
Partners with experienced trainers and SMEs to maintain consistent delivery of technical instruction across shifts, teams and locations.
Supports the development and updating of technical training materials, job aids and work instructions.
Assists with maintaining training documentation, tracking training completion and entering records into learning systems.
Helps administer assessments, skills checks and practical evaluations to ensure technical competence.
Contributes to the implementation of standardized technical training processes and procedures.
Supports training audits, reviews and quality checks to promote accuracy and adherence to standards.
Works with training managers and operational leadership to align training tasks with organizational priorities.
Helps identify training gaps or improvement opportunities through feedback, observation and data review.
Encourages learners, provides constructive feedback, and helps strengthen instructional consistency across teams.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field with a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and technical training methodologies.
Ability to evaluate technical performance objectively and provide supportive coaching.
Ability to follow structured training processes and support standardization efforts.
Good communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.
Ability to learn new technical concepts.
Total Rewards Package
Salary: $84,000 - $110,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
Health & Wellness: Multiple medical plan options, dental & vision coverage, life insurance, long- and short-term disability, and optional supplemental plans (critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, dependent life).
Retirement: 401(k) with employer match.
Paid Time Off: Up to 3 weeks of vacation, 8 sick days, and 13 paid holidays annually.
