This role provides on site leadership, oversees daily custodial operations, and guides assigned staff to meet all contractual scope of work requirements, quality standards, and timelines.</p><p><br></p><p>Reporting to the Janitorial Operations Manager and/or Assistant Janitorial Operations Manager, the Supervisor plays a critical role in customer satisfaction, workforce development, and service excellence.</p><p>________________________________________</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)</strong></p><p><strong>Operational Leadership &amp; Service Delivery</strong></p><p>• Supervise daily janitorial operations at assigned contract sites in accordance with contract specifications and schedules.</p><p>• Perform hands on custodial work as needed, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, carpet cleaning, stripping, and waxing.</p><p>• Ensure all services meet established quality standards and contractual timelines.</p><p>• Perform specialized services such as floor care, window cleaning, and other designated projects as contracted.</p><p><strong>Team Supervision &amp; Development</strong></p><p>• Directly supervise and support assigned employees, providing clear expectations and ongoing performance feedback.</p><p>• Train and develop staff to perform custodial duties to required quality standards.</p><p>• Foster a high performing, service driven team committed to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Quality Control &amp; Documentation</strong></p><p>• Complete all required site specific tracking and documentation, including:&nbsp;</p><p>o Daily service checklists</p><p>o Inspections and quality monitoring</p><p>o Inventory analysis</p><p>o Employee performance feedback</p><p>• Develop and implement corrective and preventative action plans to address performance issues as they arise.</p><p><strong>Inventory &amp; Equipment Management</strong></p><p>• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs in a timely manner.</p><p>• Safely distribute, utilize, and operate custodial equipment and materials.</p><p><strong>Customer &amp; Contract Communication</strong></p><p>• Serve as the primary on site point of contact for Contracting Officer Representative(s).</p><p>• Coordinate cleaning schedules and special floor or project work with customers and internal leadership.</p><p><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Work a flexible schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required.</p><p>• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational success.</p><p><br></p>",
