What You’ll Lead
The Campus Director – Macon Campus will provide leadership with daily cross-functional collaboration in multiple areas including:

Student Success & Engagement

Enrollment & Growth Support
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Community & Workforce Partnerships
Strategic Planning & Campus Initiatives
Collaboration Across Academic & Administrative Departments
Student-Centered Service Delivery
This leader will partner closely with Academic Affairs, Admissions, Student Services, Career Services, Workforce Development, Compliance, and executive leadership to support operational effectiveness, student persistence, campus growth, and a positive educational environment aligned with the mission and values of Helms College.

We are seeking a mature, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented leader who can think strategically while remaining operationally engaged. The ideal candidate is passionate about higher education, leadership development, student transformation, workforce education, and organizational growth while thriving in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Organizational Leadership, Student Services, Workforce Development, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
3–5 years of campus leadership experience
OR
4–7 years of progressive people leadership experience within higher education, workforce development, or postsecondary environments
Demonstrated success leading teams, building accountability, and supporting organizational culture
Strong communication, coaching, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
Experience supporting operational excellence and student-centered initiatives
Ability to lead through change, growth, and organizational development
Experience working within higher education, workforce development, nonprofit, or mission-driven environments strongly preferred
