We value diverse experiences and are committed to an inclusive workplace.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise and oversee the night audit team to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial processes and reports.</li>\n <li>Conduct night audit procedures, including balancing accounts, verifying charges, and reconciling discrepancies.</li>\n <li>Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.</li>\n <li>Monitor and ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures during the night shift.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and security, to ensure smooth operations during the night.</li>\n <li>Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.</li>\n <li>Train and mentor night audit team members, providing guidance and support.</li>\n <li>Assist in the implementation of new processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or hospitality is a plus.</li>\n <li>6+ months Front Desk experience.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in a night audit role or similar position is preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in hotel property management systems and accounting software.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.</li>\n <li>Leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
