This role requires a blend of core business analysis, systems analysis capabilities, and specialized knowledge of investment instruments and accounting platforms.</p><b>Key Responsibilities</b>\n<ul>\n <li><b>Requirements Engineering:</b> Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for investment management systems.</li>\n <li><b>Systems Analysis:</b> Conduct gap analysis between current and future state systems, ensuring technical designs align with business goals.</li>\n <li><b>Process Mapping:</b> Create detailed \"As-Is\" and \"To-Be\" workflow diagrams to optimize investment operations.</li>\n <li><b>Technical Liaison:</b> Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure functional specifications are understood and accurately implemented.</li>\n <li><b>Product Expertise:</b> Leverage deep knowledge of investment accounting platforms to support data migration, reporting, and reconciliation.</li>\n <li><b>Testing &amp; Validation:</b> Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test cases and validating results against business requirements.</li>\n</ul><b>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</b>\n<ul>\n <li><b>Business Analysis:</b> Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and functional documentation.</li>\n <li><b>Systems Analysis:</b> Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, understanding of system integrations (APIs/ETL), and the ability to interpret technical architecture.</li>\n <li><b>Investment Knowledge:</b> Strong understanding of various investment instruments, including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and FX.</li>\n <li><b>Geneva Expertise:</b> Hands-on experience with Advent Geneva for investment accounting, including RSL/RDL reporting and portfolio set-up.</li>\n <li><b>Analytical Thinking:</b> Ability to decompose complex business problems into manageable technical tasks.</li>\n <li><b>Communication:</b> Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between finance and technology teams.</li>\n</ul><b>Preferred Experience</b>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working within Asset Management, Hedge Funds, or Fund Administration.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in both Agile and Waterfall environments.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with data visualization tools or reporting suites related to investment accounting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</b></p>\n<p>Minimum Compensation: USD 37,000<br>\n  Maximum Compensation: USD 132,000<br>\n  Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
