This position can be remote in the following states:<strong> AL, AR, DE, DC, FL, GA, IA, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MS, NH, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, and VA only.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as the primary IT partner for Sales Ops & Marketing</li>\n <li>Build and manage the commercial tech roadmap (CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, Digital Experience)</li>\n <li>Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure scalable, integrated solutions</li>\n <li>Advance data, analytics, and Customer 360 capabilities</li>\n <li>Drive automation, AI/ML, and digital optimization across the customer journey</li>\n <li>Oversee vendor partnerships and project delivery</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5–7+ years in IT (BRM, IT business partnering, or solution architecture)</li>\n <li>Experience supporting Sales/Marketing functions</li>\n <li>CRM & Martech platform expertise (Salesforce, Adobe/HubSpot/Marketo)</li>\n <li>Background in digital/e-commerce or online experience platforms</li>\n <li>Strong communication, leadership, and project delivery skills</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree (required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus Skills</strong>Salesforce/cloud certs, ITIL/PMP, TOGAF, consumer goods/retail experience, AI/ML knowledge</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join</strong>Make a direct impact on how we engage customers, capture demand, and accelerate growth—while shaping the future of our commercial technology ecosystem.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-MD1</p>",
