Meet service time requirements and anticipate guest needs.<strong>FRIENDLY:</strong> Greet each guest with FRIENDLY welcomes, making eye contact and smiling. Say thank you to departing guests.<strong>FUN:</strong> Work passionately as a team to create a FUN experience both for everyone who works and plays here</p>\n<p>         </p>\n<p><strong> Specific Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists bartenders in the service of beverages to guests.</li>\n <li>Maintains service stations, cleanliness of bars and re-stocks to par.</li>\n <li>Puts beverage orders away in correct locations, re-stocking of pump room, soda room, and changing out kegs as needed.</li>\n <li>Assists guests in a courteous and friendly manner.</li>\n <li>Stocks main coolers with all beverage products.</li>\n <li>Shovels ice from ice machine into ice bins.</li>\n <li>Maintains deep cleaning of all beverage areas and equipment.</li>\n <li>Abides by all State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.</li>\n <li>Requires heavy lifting.</li>\n <li>Ensures compliance with all federal and state gaming regulations.</li>\n <li>Understands all PLCB regulations.</li>\n <li>Abides by company and department specific appearance standards.</li>\n <li>Performs additional duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>  </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements (skills, knowledge, and abilities) </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to work in smoke filled environments.</li>\n <li>Must be RAMP certified.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain licensure as required by the State Gaming Agency for the position.</li>\n <li>Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.</li>\n <li>Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong>      </p>\n<ul>\n <li>24/7 operation requiring extended hours and the ability and willingness meet the applicant’s schedules when needed. </li>\n <li>Casino is over 100,000 square feet and requires ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning. </li>\n <li>Handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds.</li>\n <li>Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels. </li>\n <li>Ability to use near vision, see details at close range.</li>\n <li>Use of going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and elevators.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>24/7 high energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 500 employees.</li>\n <li>Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.</li>\n <li>You may occasionally work in an environment where smoking is allowed. </li>\n</ul>",
