This role coordinates quality efforts across departments, oversees internal and external audits, drives continuous improvement efforts, and ensures product and process compliance throughout manufacturing and distribution.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Plant is located in Swedesboro, NJ</strong> - click here for location &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<a href=\"https://mapq.st/4wZrj11\">Swedesboro Location </a>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong>Quality Assurance Program Management</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain quality assurance objectives in alignment with corporate goals.</li><li>Monitor and analyze quality assurance data to ensure process consistency and compliance.</li><li>Lead preparation and successful completion of ISO 9001 certification and third-party audits.</li><li>Manage the internal ISO 9001 audit program and corrective action process (CAR).</li><li>Maintain the Quality Manual and ensure that company quality records are current and accurate.</li><li>Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods to evaluate process performance and improvements.</li><li>Manage the Non-Conforming Material Review (NCMR) process.</li><li>Present technical and program-related information to leadership teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Process and Equipment Oversight</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure timely completion and documentation of equipment calibration.</li><li>Design and implement quality assurance training and education programs across departments.</li><li>Conduct regular internal audits of production processes and product conformance.</li><li>Manage the ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) program.</li></ul><p><strong>Supplier Quality</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and manage the vendor scorecard and qualification process.</li><li>Oversee vendor audits and receiving inspection criteria, including First Article Inspections.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and ensure alignment with quality standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Customer Satisfaction</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the customer satisfaction program and maintain the customer satisfaction scorecard.</li><li>Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality or technical issues.</li></ul><p><strong>New Product Introduction (NPI)</strong></p><ul><li>Lead quality validation and verification processes for new product introductions.</li><li>Manage product and work cell readiness buy-offs to ensure quality compliance at launch.</li></ul><p><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Lead quality improvement initiatives to reduce defect rates and enhance operational efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams to support quality initiatives.</li><li>Analyze audit and quality metrics, identify trends, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
