They understand basic commands but can't speak.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design engaging and age-appropriate lessons focusing on speaking and listening</li><li>Incorporate games, songs, and interactive activities to encourage communication</li><li>Build vocabulary and basic grammar through repetition and natural use</li><li>Create a fun, supportive environment that promotes confidence in using English</li><li>Provide feedback to parents on progress and strategies for continued practice</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Native or near-native proficiency in English</li><li>Experience teaching English to children (especially beginners)</li><li>Strong ability to make lessons dynamic, playful, and communicative</li><li>Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, or related field preferred</li></ul><p>All Global LT instructor positions are freelance.
