    "description": "<p>Seeking a strong Maintenance Manager/Leader for a Distribution Center in the Chambersburg PA area.</p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p>Essential Functions of the job:</p>\r\n<p>--Ensure all preventive maintenance in a new DC is assigned, done and documented in the CMMS.</p>\r\n<p>--Assign work orders to mechanics each day</p>\r\n<p>--Work of any emergency downtime-related issues.  Work to keep downtime as low as possible.</p>\r\n<p>--Ensure facilities are safe.  Play a major role to ensure the safety of associates.</p>\r\n<p>--Assist with any capital improvement projects for the facility-mainly set up of the facility</p>\r\n<p>--Be hands-on and assist with any breakdowns and PM's as needed</p>\r\n<p>--Help manage any outside vendors and ensure they meet contractor safety guidelines</p>\r\n<p>--Be part of the management team for the facility</p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p>Desired Skills and Education:</p>\r\n<p>--Prefer a degree in something technical, but appropriate work experience with suffice</p>\r\n<p>--Need someone with at least 7-10 years in maintenance roles with at least 3-4 in a leadership role</p>\r\n<p>--Must have experience with usage of a CMMS system and assigning of work orders to mechanics</p>\r\n<p>--Must have great maintenance skills-prefer individuals from manufacturing or warehousing/DC environments</p>\r\n<p>--Good hydraulic, pneumatic, some electrical and electronic (ladder-logic) skills</p>\r\n<p>--Must be a great communicator and willing to do what it takes to get things done</p>\r\n<p>--Don't want a job hopper-company will only consider those that are not job hoppers</p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p>Jobs are paying between 75-85k supervisors 85-105k Manager DOE with good bonuses and benefits.</p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><br></p>",
